Front desk is extremely rude. They don’t respect veterans nor do they go above and beyond the call of duty. I will never go back to Sunrise Dental. 😡
About six months ago my little girl broke her tooth and I had so much trouble finding someone who would take her in. I finally called this location the gentleman that answered was so helpful and seemed genuinely concerned in my situation. He told me I can come in asap and be seen. (I was in the parking lot of a nearby dentist 2nd in a row that denied us). Dr. Juarez has always been spectacular. Unfortunately, his front desk clerk is a horrendous individual. I was asked by a referred dentist to have them call in the referral via phone. When I called and asked if this was something they would be able to do, Julio became incredibly rude. Correcting me, attempting to claim I did not call Dr. Juarez, "Dr." Juarez.
