Staff are dedicated and compassionate with real life experience in addiction. Groups are relevant and insightful. Access to resources is beyond anything I could have imagined. Incredibly grateful for this community!
Needs better knowledge of recovery and trained staff. Very disorganized and no clear direction. The volunteer aspect is horrible with no clear direction. I would suggest having trained staff and better management. I will not be going back.
