Some families are without heat , with holes in their roof and poor septic ( dont get me started with their water and septic issues MDE is out weekly If not daily addressing that )They do not follow landlord tenant laws with their lease to purchase agreements or their renters

Their podcasts openly state how they try to get the most amount of money from the tenants with the least amount of improvement. I wish there was some legal help to protect us!

They own *************************************** in *******************, ** where I live and have an absolute terrible property manager here who is an bully to the residents she hands out fines for ***** things and when residents try to pay their rent instead of applying their rent to their actual rent she applies it to their fines that she is passing out and tells the residents that they still owe for their rent which is against the mobile home tenant laws in ********.
