Good News/Bad News: Good: my wallet was stolen yesterday and I biked to this branch to replace the stolen debit cards. Nikki was very helpful and had a positive attitude. She also helped to iron out previous technical issues with scheduling automatic rent payments to my landlord. Thanks, Nikki! While I've had mixed experiences at Sunrise Banks over the years, the manager at Como, Lee, was amazing in the several months of service I needed for my CDs. Kind, communicative, proactive & all the things I needed. Several others have also been good over the years, but she left the best impression by far.
