I use the Como Bank when I need in-person contact, but mostly use the on-line or digital app. I've had a good experience with the tellers when I've had to deposit cash and with a bank officer when I needed to add signers to my account. Overall, a much better experience than my previous bank where nobody seemed to care if I existed.
I got a loan thru them which went Ok but less professional than I was accustomed to. It’s been since being a customer that it’s really slid I call and no one answers. I leave a voicemail with three questions and to the credit of the person they got me answers on 2 of 3 I’ve been contacting them by various emails and calls and leaving very clear and descriptive information and no one gets back to you I can’t even sell my car because they refuse to cooperate in the process I can not recommend anyone use them if they want to ex... read more
The bank has gone down hill you cannot get help when needing it and massive issues with our accounts. Very disappointed after being with bank for 40 +years👎
I would like to state that my family and I have been long-term customers with Sunrise Banks. I followed my father because of the great things he spoke of this company. We have always appreciated the personalized service and attention to detail that Sunrise Banks has provided. Today, I was in the drive-thru for over 20 minutes waiting for 2 rolls of quarters. Wow, Hidden Fees - poor service Rating: 1/5 isn't low enough My experience with Sunrise Banks. Not only did they charge me a $10 fee to cash a check, but their customer service was also unhelpful and unfriendly. To make matters worse, I discovered hidden fees on various services, which felt deceptive and misleading. The bank's lack of transparency and excessive fees left a sour taste in my mouth.
