Our aunt stays at this residence. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating, particularly on the third floor. Ellen, James, Rosie and the team are amazing.
Our mother lives at Sunrise Lonsdale and is thriving. This is her third seniors residence and by far, this is the best place for her. The facility is well designed and the staff are so caring. To a person, we are always met with smiles from the front desk to the care managers on the floor. We are very pleased with how mom has settled into her new community and the level of care is superb.
Fantastic staff that makes the place welcoming and like home for my Uncle. We had a rush placement that was coordinated by Lisa and Jason seamlessly. We love the clean, modern and well maintained facilities. The food and staff are great on the reminiscence floor 3! Amandine and Ellen have been so helpful! My grandmother lives at Sunrise and I have never seen her so happy and social since she started to age and develop Alzheimer’s and memory loss. She enjoys the routine of activities , meals, socializing, and outings all designed for the dignity of elderly people. The staff are outstanding and always friendly. It has given our whole family a great peace of mind knowing she is there receiving exceptional care.
