Sunrise Holladay is the best. So kind, personal and the staff really care.
The area is beautiful, the building is lovely and pleasant to live in. The staff are wonderful and often a lot of fun. I've been living in Sunrise for almost 4 years now and it's been wonderful. I'm very happy here.
While the facilities were clean and some of the staff were very nice, I feel the need to give this negative review in light of my mother's experience here. I can't speak for the independent or assisted living areas but if your loved one needs any amount of care beyond the absolute minimum, I would go elsewhere. My mother was in the memory care unit and had regular issues with toileting, dressing, and aggression. My parents live in Independent Living, and we love the outings and activities. Angelica is wonderful, she’s always texting us pictures of what they’re up to! The IL staff from the concierges to housekeepers are wonderful as well! Everyone is very responsive to any concerns we may have.
