Horrible horrible and again horrible came in 200k lower then what my house was worth guy is a joke every house he uses for comps is like 5 miles away not even in the same town just sold my house 270k more then what he said it was then my new house some how he was the inspector and same thing 280k lower then what it is worth and used Comps from other towns
Worst appraisal company ever Rocco said my house is worth 500k i just sold it for 800k how does this so call appraiser still have a job he told me the appraisal does not go up because home market went up?!? What planet does he live on
I would give 0 starts if i could i this he is jealous of people who have nicer homes then him. I live in Monroe NJ 4600 sq ft home and me Rocky appraised my house and says it’s worth 600k in what planted can you buy a almost 5000sq foot home for 600k ? This guy needs to retire he is getting to old to see i guess please beware
I would us another company they used a comparable that was 15 months old and 700ft larger than my house to mark down it's value.A house just sold 2 blocks away for the same price as mine appraised for an the difference between the two is rather comical
We have used sunrise for multiple investment properties and we appreciate their good work, no appraisal is ever exact or perfect. Someone will always be unhappy, people need to get educated about the appraisal process before complaining like babies. What the town appraises your house for tax purposes has absolutely almost nothing to do with the market value and appraiser cant go by just the last most expensive house that sold in your area and appraiser has no idea what you are selling your property for, its a tough job to ju... read more
