Very unfortunate experience. I traveled to their office on three occassions and never got a treatment. Customer service is severely lacking and no consideration for wasted time for patients. On my first trip, the clinic was out of botox. They apologized and set up an appoint for the next week. I was frustrated but accepted that these things happen.
