The room was very clean and tidy fresh towels and washing products surplyed as was tea coffee refreshments also a fridge tv and place for your clothes bathroom was spotless enjoyed staying here staff very polite and greeted you with a friendly manner would definitely stay there again

The room was clean when we arrived. We were there for 2 nights. No one cleaned the room at all during our stay, not even to empty the bins or leave clean towels. Not enough tea given for 2 nights. The walls are thin, you can hear other people banging about. The location is great but the street that it is on is a let down. You can smell the flags and other stuff from the neighbors when you leave the premises. Not exactly what you want on a break away.
had no sink for washing up apart from sink in bathroom. room was ok would say its a 2*at best. the area is rundown. when you have to walk out the door into cannabis smoke from the neighbours sitting on there doors step every day thats not a good sign
