Driver Ivon Leon was wonderful. I was aiding a disabled woman and he helped her into the SUV literally helping lift her up. He was accommodating, understanding and showed grace and kindness despite her many needs. And the woman on the phone tried her best to help with last minute changes. Their patience and respect of a difficult situation was amazing. Ten stars wouldn’t be enough. Thank you thank you !And literally they came in 6 minutes. It was amazing .
