Had an appointment I had no address googled it address at 189 Kent Street West does not exist. Doesn’t return phone call or text. Just wasted my whole time driving here to Lindsay. She doesn’t even deserve one star for that. Standing a client up pretty sad.
They emailed me at 7pm the night before my scheduled appointment to fill out their intake forms and prescreening stuff which i did. Then the following morning 5.5hrs before my appontment they emailed me to say there was a schedule conflict and they had cancelled me. This is my first time booking with them and it likely wont happen again. They didnt even have the guts to call and cancel!
