Horrible customer service. They were very rude. Facials were unsanitary. They touched my face after touching their phone. One employee took a phone call in the middle of my facial. The other one took her lunch in the middle of my friends facial. We could hear her eating and watching tv. Then they yelled at us for leaving a small tip at the end and forced us to hand over our credit cards for a bigger tip even though we paid for the service beforehand.
