Have come here multiple times and always have a good experience with many different practitioners. It is a cash only place but there is an ATM nearby at Coles inside Sunbury square. Today Serena gave me a relaxing massage and the staff read my booking notes on what I needed and were caring and responsive.

Went yesterday to see if they could help me with my pain, only to be laughed at by all staff and spoken about in their language. Not very professional. Person on reception was unable to speak clearly English nor understand it. They only took cash so I don't see how I can claim through health insurance. Won't be returning nor recommending any time soon.
Terrible! I have been here a couple of times and have had great massages. Unfortunately, the one I had today needed to stop five minutes in and ask for a refund as it was one of the worst iv experienced. It was not a massage, it was some sort of slow motion, time wasting pressing where I felt no relief, but pain on the bones itself.
