disappointed. I heard good things but for a first time visit there, I did not get help. When I took the dogs in or picked them up, not a lot of help The gentleman could see I was struggling and did not offer to help. Facility was fine. the dogs seemed to be doing ok. I wish I could have picked them up the on Sunday evening, I would pay the extra $20 but I did not get a response. We have limited facilities in this area and I just don't think this is the place for my dogs. Maybe bigger dogs do better there.
The kennel has had a new manager since the first of June and there is already a difference! It is so clean and it doesnt smell like a kennel. My dogs love it there. They even have grooming available again, so they can get a bath before they go home.
