Sean was very helpful with fixing a digital wallet issue that I been dealing with for a month and also he helped fix a credit card payment issue that caused a double payment from a app problem
Anthony and the crew are super friendly and deliver excellent customer service. I just acquired a loan for my ATV and the process so easy, breezy. A pleasure to do business with. I plan on getting my Auto loan next year from him as well.
My branch is Guilderland, but I did not go there. Julia from the chat line made it quick and easy for me to open up a CD while chatting with her. Julia was wonderful!
