Love sunmark and the Glenmont branch. The guys inside always take care of everything quickly. Left CAPCOM (Broadview) a few years back and so glad I did. Sunmark is what CAPCOMFCU was before they lost touch with customer service.
I love coming to this location. Came in for my car loan and the process quick and easy. Friendly staff and exceptional service every time, I highly recommend!
During a challenging day, I walked in and was instantly greeted with smiles.. almost made me cry. Some people lack customer service but not Dustin and Lauren!!! I appreciate your service today!!
I guess Sunmark has changed extensively over the course of the 27 years that I've had an account with them. Despite the name changing a few times (originally a bank located in GE) so are their ideas or values statement in regards to being customer focused and experience driven for individuals. The friendliness and supportive attitude is pretty dried up. Just throughout time it appears the employees are more generic. Overall pretty crummy service, they constantly deny charges on my card and shut it down over very stupid reasons, and the hours for their help center is just god awful, meaning I usually have to wait a day or two just to even talk to someone for help
