I guess Sunmark has changed extensively over the course of the 27 years that I've had an account with them. Despite the name changing a few times (originally a bank located in GE) so are their ideas or values statement in regards to being customer focused and experience driven for individuals. The friendliness and supportive attitude is pretty dried up. Just throughout time it appears the employees are more generic. Overall pretty crummy service, they constantly deny charges on my card and shut it down over very stupid reasons, and the hours for their help center is just god awful, meaning I usually have to wait a day or two just to even talk to someone for help

I stopped into this Sunmark today to make a wire transfer to an outside account. When I stepped in I was pretty surprised at how nice it was - I knew it had recently finished construction but it was quite good-looking. The teller who greeted me was very nice, but informed me that because of how new the location was, they weren't performing wire transfers yet. Luckily the Delmar location was only a few minutes away.
