My wife and I purchased a teak set from Sunline, and it has surpassed all of our expectations! Not only was the manager helpful the day of the sale, but we have called with questions and recommendations for future purchases and they have been wonderful. I appreciate the time he took with us, and was very kind when my wife asked a million questions.
Sunline has a great selection of patio furniture which is why we purchased a teak dining set and were very satisfied with their service and the product.
bad mouths – these people are terrible buisness people i went in to buy a stove tool that my regular stove shop did not have these guys bad mouthed the store down the street so bad i would not buy any thing from them when i walked out there were 2 customers telling me how these guys ripped them off imagine 2 at once i checked around these people are well. you look beware.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. The day we entered their store, the first first words out of the sales rep's mouth were, "I'm sorry, but this store is really high end. You are not going to find anything cheap in here." (Were we wearing a sign that said "we can't afford this place?") He then brought us to the clearance section to sell us a table that was sitting on top a pile of boxes for $100 and told us we could "mix and match" some of the clearance chairs to go along with it. Don't buy from Sunline – I bought a swingset from Sunline. I should have known better than to buy it because everytime we went in the price and details changed depending on who we talked to. Cindy, the owner, is very difficult to deal with. The customer service is bad to begin with but once you have paid in full it gets even worse. Our swingset that we paid $1600.00 for was missing pieces. When my husband went to talk to them, the man at the desk was very nice and tried to help but Cindy refused to do anything. Poor Customer Service Following the Sale – This organization appears to have good products and initial service to support the sale, but following the sale, they have NO customer service at all. As an example I bought a very expensive umbrella a year ago, after having the umbrella for 4 weeks as they informed me they were too busy to look at it, they finally told me they couldnt replace it, couldnt fix it, and offered no solution at all to help us with our matched set that we spent over $3000 dollars on.
