I'm a repeat customer think twice before purchasing. I ordered an mPulse Aspire suana in July 2023, signed the sales/financial agreement, paid a $900 deposit during, waited through multiple shipping delays, received (November 2023) three months after first promised delivery date, and the Suana is not operational. I emailed Sunlighten for some more information and within less than 24 hours I already had received an email and a phone call from Stephanie! She was not only helpful but incredibly personable and nice I felt like I was talking to an old-time friend. She answered all my questions and was very informational about each sauna type and what would be best for me. We love our sunlighten signature series sauna. My naturopath suggested that we get a sauna due to high levels of heavy metals found during testing. We spent some time reading about saunas online and watching videos. We found a lot of conflicting information which made it harder to decide which sauna to buy and whether to buy one at all. I absolutely love my Sunlighten sauna (signature ll). Definitely glad I got the two person! My son and his teenage daughter put it together without any problems. I highly recommend Sunlighten! The staff have always been very helpful and nice too!
