Customer Service was outstanding!!! Nick helped me over the phone to update my built in TV unit inside of my sauna, by emailing the update file, walking me through installing the update and setting up the remote feature to turn on my sauna away from home! Thanks
I researched the heck out of Infrared Saunas. The internet is full of "misinformation" for IR Saunas. I watched 100+ Youtube videos and after months of research I ended up with Sunlighten. Early on in my research i kept coming up with the same conclusion: Sunlighten. My only issue at the time was price. But now that I have my 2 person Mbelieve unit, the price issue is clearly irrelevant! Sunlighten products are so far ahead of the competition that it isn't even close.
