Nice park, people are friendly. But every activity you go to they charge you to participate. Pickelball, hoa says you can play without paying but you go to courts, monitors say no you have to pay a fee to play. Ping pong, billiards, everything has a fee to play. We've stayed at 4 other resorts in this area and none charged for any of these activities, and you could go play anytime you want. Here many activities you can't go play whenever you want, it has to be when they schedule the play.
