Just straight up rude very unprofessional, no respect or good customer service whatsoever. I was being nice and polite but couldn’t ask a question without having them screaming at me and cutting me off. I understand you’re not having a good day but it’s my job and yours we do this for so I hope the person I spoke today has a better rest of HER day and continues to do so later on this week/ month / year.
