I'm currently in the process of building a Sunglo greenhouse for my inlaws, and I do not recommend this product. As an engineer, my perspective is that this product is poorly designed from the build standpoint. The aluminum upright posts are flimsy, with no good way of securing the 2 panels (or 3 if you have the winter package) per section before getting the top rail (HH) on. I mean I ordered the product, and it was very good. I find it hard to believe that their office has no cell phone in this day and age, where every six year old has one. Incredibly inefficient in regards to customer service this way, but they do reach our quickly nonetheless.
