If there is a half star, it should be the half one. The cashier lady -- Sherry is so rude. She might not speak English at all, I was asking the bread price 3 times to her. Until another staff came, I didn't get the correct price answer. It seems she doesn't wanna sell it to the customer. Then, she started not helping scan the next item. I'm not sure their manager going to see this. I was in a rush to go (without the bread). Won't go to Sunrise Grocery anymore. The worst cashier experience ever.

I’m very disappointed with the service and attitude I experienced. After we left, my mom told me something she didn’t say at the time because she didn’t want to create conflict. While we were checking out, one of the female cashiers quietly said to another staff member: “Watch them, there’s a kid.” Excuse me — what exactly does that mean? We are not deaf. We can hear you. 一分是我能打分打的最低但是不是我对这家店的最低的评价元初给我体验的就是一家眼里极其不负责任的一家店全是混工资的虾兵蟹将 店员对于客户体验根本就没有尤其是今天之前是每次问东西的时候什么也回答不了每次可以很明显感觉到他们不想解决问题只想混工资 但是今天他们做的非常好 他们的广告出错了第一时间就是互相推卸责任 我每次非常理性的去跟他们解释已经给我一个说法他们每次看完自己的错误都是哑口无言立刻去找下一个店员自己没错(因为只要是个正常人就会那么理解 把两个产品放在同一个打折卡纸上是个人都认为可以混搭) 但是他们太厉害了这三个人轮流先跟我说我拿错了产品之后我展示他们的错误以后他们只会一遍一遍说我们机器没录入只能原价购买 直到最后他们烦我到不要为止除了证明他们没错他们什么都没干(这期间我有拍图给收银员看尝试跟他们解释)最搞笑的事到最后后面有一个店员在我后面大声说哪里错了我赶紧改 但是依然没有人在意客户的体验后面还来一个健身房推销的 很明显这家公司只在意利益就是一盘散沙真心建议不要来遇到问题得不到解决的 One star is the lowest rating I can give, but it still does not reflect how low... read more
