极其糟糕且令人愤怒的服务体验！强烈提醒大家避雷！ 为了中秋节买月饼，特意提前一晚在饭团平台下单并完成了支付。店家在当天上午就已经接单，我预约的是晚上 6:30 前往门店自提。竟然到了晚上 6:15门店才打电话通知预订的月饼没有货了，问我要不要更换其他款式。 如果没有足够库存，为何要接单？既然接了单并收取了费用，就应该第一时间备货。从上午接单到傍晚取货有整整大半天的时间，为什么偏偏拖到最后 15 分钟才通知？客人根本没有其他选择的空间。 到店提货时我提出了合理的反馈，不仅没有得到合理的解释和道歉，反而在现场被店员教训和指责。店员竟然回应说“你又不是在我们自己平台订的，你是在饭团订的”。推卸责任还指责客人真是第一次遇见！ 元初食品（Sungiven Foods）的官方网站（SHOP ONLINE）入口明确标注着“SHOP WITH FANTUAN”，且饭团页面上也清晰标明这是“元初食品·甄选生鲜超市·直营店”。饭团本来就是官方认可的线上订购渠道，店员却以此为由推卸责任、甚至指责顾客，这究竟是在歧视第三方平台还是歧视线上订购的顾客？ 中秋节遇到这种事情真是倒霉，败坏心情。大家还是避雷吧，尤其想要线上订购好提货的，换来的不是方便而是被狠狠恶心到！ An... read more
