If you’re considering this clown as your CPA, it’ll only be a matter of time before the IRS gets you. I was recently contacted by the IRS due to his sloppy tax return and when asked how this could’ve happened, his answer was simply (and I quote): “I guess it is just oversight on my part “ … then goes silent. Waited for almost an hour at his office when I even made the appointment a month in advance. (I’ve been his customer for 5 + years btw.) While his staff alerted him for more than 3 times I am waiting, he yelled at her telling ‘don’t bother me it’s ok and I am working’ when he freaking knew I am waiting and I can clearly hear his voice right front of his office room with a door being wide opened. the worst experience ever. You won't hear back from them no matter what kind of questions you have or how urgent it is or how many times you bug them. not worth the money at all!
