Manager reached out and gave me a full refund. Mistakes and bad luck happen. Given the extremely courteous resolution to my complaint and the excellent staff, I've adjusted my review. Original circumstances left below. _________________ Skip the pre rolls. They're so loose and poorly made that as soon as the paper burned off the end while I was lighting it, the herb literally just fell out onto the ground. $20 for a joint you can't smoke. Rip off.
