I ordered a bike here from out of state, because it was the only one I could find that was the model/year/color/size I wanted. They gave me a good price on it, and shipped it to me, which was great. The bike was disassembled and packed well, such that there was no damaged in transit, and it was relatively easy to put back together. Really happy with the experience!
I had a great experience here while searching for a new gravel type bike. Staff were helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. They took a great deal of time preparing three different bikes for me to experience on a test ride. They also have outdoor equipment/sporting goods, a coffee/beer bar, and kitchen…..I saw some food being brought out and it all looked good. Once I’ve done some more homework and decided which bike I want, I’d have no worries about buying from this local bike store.
I will no longer be ordering online from here. TLDR I chose to tip cash on my online order and it seemed intentionally messed up. Being in the service industry myself I like to leave cash tips but there’s no place to note that for the staff while ordering online. It feels weird leaving a $0 tip but when I arrived I checked in with the cashier and left a 20% cash tip for a to-go order.
