Been with this bank for over 20 years along with many of my family members and sadly disappointed that it has gone down hill and I will be having to take my accounts elsewhere. Multiple times now I have contacted them to get an issue handled where the ball was dropped each time and it wasn't done. And to top it off they refused to refund fees pertaining to it. So I guess it's worth losing a long term customer over less than 40$ in fees and NOT overdraft fees I might add. That speaks volumes about how they value their custome... read more
