I worked with Jose Gonzales for 3 months for a business line of credit. He told me the bank loved the deal and they even wanted to refi the loan on my building as well. After a one month delay I get a call from Jose saying the bank decided not to proceed with the loan. I understand that the bank has a process but Jose made it clear this was a done deal. If he would have communicated anything different I would have called our current bank and done the deal with them in the beginning.
This bank loves to steal your money. This is the worst bank ever. Do not trust your money here. They can't do anything to help you. They have no access to the app. And can do nothing but steal your money. Please go some where else.
