It's not all the employees fault, however this is by far the worst bank in this city, rather your an individual or run a business like myself. How do you have one employee at the counter and one in drive thru and that's it on a Saturday morning? Drive thru is your priority! I sat in line for over 27 minutes this morning with one car in front of me, then see five or six customers walk in and back out while I sit there and still no progress in the drive thru line. Libby is very friendly, helpful and professional. She helped us close down our Grandpa's account after he passed away.
