Horrible experience. They deny my Amazon membership charge every month. I have called multiple times, and each time I’m told the issue will be fixed, but it never is. I should not have to repeatedly contact my bank just to use my own money for a legitimate recurring purchase. I would not recommend banking with a company that repeatedly declines valid transactions and has been unable or unwilling to resolve the problem.
My card information has been stolen on multiple occasions recently Monday. I have not received a replacement card and we are heading into the weekend. I have never had my bank card information stolen more than I have when I have banked here. Closing my account today and going somewhere else. Much needed change.
I'm visiting my Mom, and she writes me a check. I take it to the bank and they cashed it no questions asked. Went in 3 days later to cash another check, but this time I'm told I have to pay $8 to get cash back. Something is very wrong with this $8 charge!! I will be telling everyone I come in contact with about this, and suggest they find a better bank.
