Teller line is so unprofessional and rude! Both in dress and attitude. Went in for a transaction for a family member and as a professional in banking myself, I am just thankful my employees and co workers hold ourselves to a higher standard! I would be embarrassed to work/act in their manor!
5-6 day hold on checks over 5k for established customers, employees who don’t understand their jobs, deteriorating equipment…. Why should anyone keep their hard earned money with you when you make it so difficult to deposit/withdraw OUR money??? I’ve noticed a steady decline in customer service over the past two years which is why our company will be closing our account and entrusting our money with a more customer friendly bank.
