This is the best bank I have ever used. I have CD's, checking, and accounts for my daughter and son, and the rates are great. Also, customer service is second to none, people are very kind and helpful.
Very disappointed in their customer service. Manager offered very little assistance. A sad and costly experience. Wish I could send them a bill to cover lost time and money.
I don't like sunflower bank at all, it was a much better bank when it was Pioneer Bank... Tellers are very rude and roll their eyes at you... Very poor customer service here and yes I bank here for 3.5 years now... Just wish they'd go back to the way it was before...
