Julie was a pleasure to work with. She anticipated my needs and offered suggestions to meet them.
We just opened an account here and transferred $193,000 from our Edward jones account. Our account from Sunflower is now restricted and we cannot get access to my money. We called customer service and visited multiple branches and they all cannot help us. Do not trust this bank with your money. We have our attorney preparing a civil action.
I opened and account on August 30, 2025. I then transferred $193,000 from my Edward Jones account to Sunflower Bank on September 5th, 2025. Then, on September 9th my account is restricted. I have called multiple times, visited a branch and non of them can help me. I have even emailed the current CEO Neal Arnold to no avail. Do not bank with Sunflower Bank here in Colorado. The following people I had interactions with were CJ Grayson, Keisha Hunt, Ashley Kowalski, Panween Arbeen, Emily Frank and Jordan Kuban.
Great branch. Very welcoming and always greeting me by name and always competent and confident and handling professionally any request.
