The employees do not know that a charge and a fee are the same thing. My fee-less account was lowered by half before they called me and told me it would be empty soon and to make a deposit. I never consented to the charges on my fee-less account, but they don't care. I then asked for a full account history on closing the account, and they gave me 6 months.
