I've been a customer of sun flower bank for bout a year had to leave El Paso due to death in family and seek new employment I tried to utilize direct deposit with my new employer and was denied when I called sun flower bank they decided to close my accounts cause of a error on my legal name that I was not aware of when I explained my situation and that I wasn't aware of the name issue they attempted to work with me but later retracted and stated no very very poor customer service on their part fortunately for me was able to ... read more

Christian, manager at Sunflower, assisted myself and my daughter setup an account and navigated us through their website. After days had passed we did require further assistance and Christian didn't hesitate to oblige. Great customer service and looking to banking with Sunflower for years to come.

I was told on my lunch to go in as long as it was before 5 they would be able to open a new account for me. I get there and next thing i know im filling out paperwork and told id have to be back the following day to try and open up a new account. I work until 4:30 and didnt have time in the first place only to get told they weren't able for whatever reason to not be able to open an account worst bank ever do not recommend!
