Oh my gosh! What a mess I made!! Scammers are for real and make your life hell!! IIda Ramos was a Godsend! She has been amazing! Never stopping until we were all straightened out and our account was back and working. She even called me to check on things!! The rest of the staff were amazing! Karen and the manager from Kansas. I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name. I can’t say enough great things about this bank and the staff!!
I have been a customer for over 30 years. I continue to have great experiences with the customer ans banking services. Karen recently helped me take care of some immediate banking issues. She helped get me all the documents needed in order to get these issues taken care of. I am definitely grateful that she continued to be very personal, professional and friendly though this process. Bank made a mistake on the deposit when opening an account and will not back it. No emails or communication takes over a month to get an answer.lots of attempts no returned emails.
Desiree was great to do business with love the bank location is not great from fort collins
