We were scammed and thanks to the banks quick action, we didn't loose our money. We had to open all new accounts and they made that as easy as it possibly could have. Debra and all the ladies were very helpful and upbeat. They made a horrible thing seem a little better.
I have banked with them for years (since childhood) and they are definitely archaic in terms of what services are and are not available online. So many things still have to be done in the branch in person. Now that I've moved away it's a huge PITA which is why I'm no longer a customer of theirs. Moving away from them was also a pain but I'm glad to be free of them.
TERRIBLE experience
I used to enjoy sunflower. They used to be a good bank but I dont agree with the new changes. There are no longer any free accounts they all require a monthly service fee or if you go below $100 they will charge you. So basically you just don't have that $100. It also shows that the company really doesn't care about their clients and just want to use you to make as much money as they can out of you.
