Worse bank ever we had poa on my grandsons bank account every time we had to do something we had to resend the poa ,physically took it to the bank sent it to customer service 3 times. I think we finally got the account closed they were to send us a letter that was 2 weeks ago still no confirmation letter. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. They tell you one thing do another they deserve no stars.
OK bank. Needs better savings yields.
