LONG TIME CUSTOMER HERE BUT NOT FOR MUCH LONGER!!! I HAVE CALED PROBABLY 50 TIMES IN THE PAST TO GET HELP WHEN I HAVE ENTERED THE PASSWORD WRONG OR MY CARD WAS SUSPECTED FRAUD, HONESTLY ANYTHING AND I HAVE ALWAYS HAD BEND OVER TO HELP CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE CALLED AND THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE WAS RUDE WOULD NOT HELP ME WOULD NOT EVEN BOTHER TO LOOK UP MY ACCOUNT. SHE WAS SO RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME!!!! DONE BEYOND DONE WITH MY BANKING HERE AND STILL CAN'T USE MY DEBIT CARD AND I DON'T KNOW WHY.

This bank is laughable. I went in to open a new account. No one in there seemed able to do that. The lady at the first desk had to ask people to help her, but they would say 'this program isn't working', or 'work around it this other way'. She couldn't do it. I finally had to leave for lunch. When I came back they'd managed to open my account, but had my sample checks ready with a wrong address on them. So they said they'd mail me a free box of checks, because of all the trouble.
