I have dealt with quite a few banks and Sunflower Bank has the single worst customer service department. You rarely if ever get a human who answers the phone. Most of the time you call and wait...and wait. They Do NOT even come close to other Banks in the area as it pertains to Customer Service. Most, you can call immediately get a human who either tranfers and answers your customer question or it is immediate by the person who answers. NOT at Sunflower.
