Love this place! Staff are very friendly and they offer pet insurance as a benefit with their checking accounts and there are actually vets in the area that take that insurance. Can't recommend it enough

I’ve experienced the best customer service here; the team is always helpful, energetic, and reliable. However, the bank’s system changed not in a good way and overall treatment of customers are disappointing. It’s unfortunate for the employees who strive to do their best despite these challenges. After seven years as a customer, I’m now considering a change.

Used to be a great bank but their customer service has gone down over the years and they seem to have a hard time retaining employees.
