Always busy but line are never long
Very good customer service.
You supposedly offer a service to pay the Blende sewer bill in person yet the staff has no clue how to process these payments. After 4 different people got involved, they couldn't figure out how to process a payment from a debit card, which seems to me like basic banking 101. They acted like I was trying to scam them or something, like they've never handled this service and treating me like I was asking for something your bank doesn't do, despite Blende Sanitation directing customers to pay in person at this bank. Charged me hundreds in fees and would not issue my wife a debit card after months of asking and them making promises. Don't bank here they will steal your money.
