Dr. Pollen is a top notch naturopath. I’ve been seeing her for about 5 years. She’s my primary care doctor. She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and good at explaining lab results and treatment plans. I live on Whidbey Island so it takes me 45 minutes to drive to her office for an appointment, but it’s worth it. She is consistent with high quality , personalized care and I feel I can recommend her to anyone.

I saw Dr. Polley a total of 4 times. She was brusque with me on several occasions, double billed my insurance twice for going overtime without giving me the choice to not go overtime, and made poor recommendations for treating type 1 diabetes. I was willing to continue to see her, given that nobody is perfect, but--when I made an appointment to get yearly labs done--she had her receptionist cancel the appointment. I believe this was because she didn't like the review I wrote on Yelp.
