July 2025: Bought a Workhorse 28' Gooseneck trailer and couldn't be happier! Judson, Rodney and Ron have all been great to deal with and communication has been excellent!
If i could give 0, I would. Tried calling multiple times, over a span of two weeks, and NO ONE will ever answer the phone in sales. If you leave a voicemail? They still will not call back.
Don't waste your time or money! There are better options than Sundowner. They will not stand behind their products or even try to help with parts/labor. The warranty/estimate department is managed by Jeff Edelen. I've been trying to get him to send me a repair estimate for a year! That is no lie. My 05 Trailblazer Toy hauler sustained major water damage the very end of January 2024. Contacted Sundowner and they said to bring it in for someone to assess.
