Always kind and helpful to me. Not a single employee has ever treated me rudely or disrespectfully. They are time efficient and are knowledgeable in their perspective areas. I really like this bank.
Customer service isn't important. Too many visits with rude tellers and not helpful at all. I'd rather bank somewhere else.
SSB is small town banking at it's finest. They care about each individual and build relationships with their account holders. Riley's door is always open to anyone needing assistance. The staff is always kind, courteous, & eager to help. We appreciate SSB and have been particularly pleased with how helpful they have been through COVID-19. Blessings to them for a job well done!!
