I simply needed an expedited apostille of a BC and it was executed efficiently. Pricing was good for the service, compared to other agencies. I would prefer to send payment info over phone or secure web payment instead of through the mail. Aside from that this company delivered faster than expected. I would certainly use them again!
I've used Sundoc for several years but never needed any questions answered. Just called because I had a question and was literally told by the girl who answered, "you purchased a corporate kit. We offer no advice or support beyond what you ordered." I asked for a simple clarification and her answer was literally the exact sentence repeated. You have lost me as a loyal client! I would advise anyone to pay the little extra and use a service that walks you through. Even Legal Zoom will answer a question!!
I ordered an apostile. I wish I would have gone this route instead of sending my document directly to the State as the State lost my documents and payment. If I need to deal with the State again, I will use this service above anything else.

A visa facilitator recommended this company so I did not check reviews, and I wish I had. Communication was not great and they sent my completed apostille to the wrong address costing us a day in our visa process when we were already in a time crunch. I emailed them when I realized they had made an error on the street number part of my address (105 instead of 1015) and then called when I got an alert from Fed Ex saying it would be delayed because of an incorrect address as I needed them to correct it so it could be delivered... read more
