Really disappointed in the way Anna has treated my family. We toured this place for my grandma and liked the rooms so we booked another tour with my grandma. Up until this point Anna replied quickly. We do the tour and my grandmother likes the rooms. Anna says we should gove a refundable deposit since rooms go quickly so we do. Grandma's doctors fill out the forms and we confirm Anna got them in just over a week.
