Been taking sunbus all my life in Indio Coachella area always dependable
Way to go SunLine! Somehow managed to miss 3 buses and the third one just waved at us. I was fine in hundred degree heat but I wasn't too sure about the 2 disabled seniors next to me on the Route 1 stop to Palm Springs. Third Stop in the Route. I don't understand what the problem is, new buses, better operators, better mechanics, or better management.

I would like to give Dawn, Eleanor, Donald, a big Thank you for being a Safe and good driver and always being kind , polite. Also to Betty and the other receptionist for always helping me setting up my transportation. Sundail has the best service And I always appreciate the public service. Keep up the good work Sundail.
