I would like to give Dawn, Eleanor, Donald, a big Thank you for being a Safe and good driver and always being kind , polite. Also to Betty and the other receptionist for always helping me setting up my transportation. Sundail has the best service And I always appreciate the public service. Keep up the good work Sundail.

I’m getting tired with the unprofessional drivers and people working with custom service I was waiting for 2 and half hours for them almost had my pressure went up cause of them as well almost got sent home cause of them

Never on time either early or late and late anywhere from 1/2 hours and always get a snippy excuse from Driver why late which is usually "can't help traffic". So why even make a reservation if it is not going to be adhered to? In making reservations rarely get time frame needed for pick up and am always told "you have to understand this is shared transportation" Supervisors are completely unhelpful in your concerns yet I am told that they write everything down and try to answer or help the situation. Very rude driver blocked me.in . When he pulled up i asked him to back up s few feet. Rude and ignored me.
