We came to the Pasadena showroom knowing what we wanted and were taken care of exceptionally well by the sales staff and especially Caitlin. We ended up revising our order about a week later, and what was probably a big headache for the customer care team and the staff was certainly handled smoothly. Without a significant delay we received our updated order on time and we’re so happy! Don’t think twice about anything from them you can’t go wrong.
Had an incredible experience working with the Sundays Pasadena showroom. I’d been searching for a new couch online for a year but was hesitant to purchase without sitting on it. Caitlin was so helpful throughout the process scheduling a virtual visit where I could see all the options, fabrics in the showroom and talk though everything together. The Get Together Sectional arrived this week and we LOVE it! High recommend Sundays!
Madison was great! We drove an hour to come to the showroom and it was so worth it. The showroom is small and they don’t have all the online inventory on display. For example, they only have the Field table in 1 color and no Frame table (on the day we visited). This kinda bummed me out and I was thinking we wouldn’t get much from our visit. I was totally wrong! Madison gave us lots of insider tips about different tables and chairs, wood types, color matches, etc. Essential knowledge that’s is absolutely not available online.... read more
I haven’t received my order yet, but from the way I was cared for in the showroom, I am very confident that everything will go smoothly. I placed an order in the showroom, and the staff helped me figure out product specifications. I can’t remember the names of all three, but they were all great! Caitlin reached out to me via email to follow up on a request I made. Love the customer care so far. Thank you!
