We had a wonderful experience with Sundays. Hannah was incredibly helpful, dedicating a lot of time to understand our needs and facilitating communication throughout the entire purchasing process. We absolutely love the exquisite designs and quality of the furniture. It has truly become our favorite brand!
Their products are excellent, and the customer service was outstanding. However, the delivery partner they used in Edmonton, Transource, was terrible. They didn’t show up on the scheduled delivery day, and when they finally delivered and assembled the new Cloud bed the next day, they left smudges all over it. This definitely impacted the overall shopping experience with Sundays.
The new Form bed frame has exceeded our expectations. It is robust, offers plenty of storage space, has a stunning wood finish, and features appealing curved edges. It perfectly combines minimal, contemporary, and classic styles. We are also extremely pleased with our experience at Sundays. Moe Abbas at the showroom, Hanna McIver from Retail Experience, and the delivery/assembly team were all fantastic.
