Great service! I was looking for a beginner MTN Bike and met with some of the guys here who helped me choose an appropriate bike. They were very laid back, no pressure, and nice! Ended up with a FUJI Nevada 29er.... I will be going back to get maintenance done here in the future.
Great ship they have good prices on bikes and services and they seem to really care about their customers. I live in neighborhood so i see myself coming here for while.
Had a scheduled ride today in Prescott this morning and of course bad things happen when you plan. I popped my rear wheel off last night for some last second adjustments and bearings started pouring out! Called asked if Jamie could help and he said come by and he'd see what he could do. Well about an hour later I had two wheels quickly trued, hubs serviced and a new rear axles installed. Thanks Jamie, I will be bringing some more business your way!
Can't say enough about how amazing this shop is. I bought a single speed mountain bike from them this year, and everything turned out absolutely perfect. All of Joe's recommendations about parts were spot on, and Julian and the rest of the crew built it up super quick. Customer for life.
